I plan to arrive at the B & F around 1pm tomorrow to have lunch and then proceed with decanting etc.

I will endeavour to do the print run on the tasting mats at about 11.00 a.m.

- Anyone care to join me for lunch?

I'll join you for lunch and may be able to give some help towards the preparation for the tasting depending on timing.

Julian had asked if I could print the placemats as they involve A3 paper. Are you OK to do the A3 part? If so, superb, if not then let me know and I'll go ahead and do them.

I have domestic duties until noon, and from 15:15 until 18:00. So I was expecting to arrive circa 19:00. But there might be room for a lunch interval.

If my legendary charm is required to relieve you from these unreasonable duties please let me know.

They have already been lessened. No thank you.

Tom, Mike: will decanter labels be needed and used? If so I will make and bring to luncheon.

Just to confirm the McKenzie brothers have not accompanied me to London today. I have made provision for some form of adoption costs! See you all later.

Given that most of the decanting will be done on-site, it probably makes sense to have the decanter labels. The alternative of double decanting back into original bottles is not so easy on-site. Sound sensible?

I will be bringing a corkscrew, decanter, funnel plus a supply of gauzes.

As there is a kitchenette in the basement area, I'm guessing that rinsing out the bottles and double-decanting will be quite feasible.

For calculation purposes, the twelve bottles I am supplying come to £460.

For practical reasons the OBV and T had to be decanted this morning-the former single-decanted (as I lost the bottom half of the cork) and the latter double. Both appeared to be fine although with this current cold I'm trying to shake off, I couldn't be sure. I'm still hoping to arrive between 6.30 and 7.

Running a little late so I will be arriving about 7.
S75 was decanted earlier and will accompany me.
Kindest regards

Tony
