I seen incapable of moving away from a very narrow range and so:

Starter- Truffle mac

Main-Gammon and Chips with black pudding and a side order of peas and beans (note, no egg to darken my plate or lighten it for that matter!)

Dessert-TBD

With great regret I will now be unable to join you at this tasting as I have recently been informed that my presence is required in Krakow on the night of the 19th.

Apologies for the late withdrawal. Enjoy!

Sorry to hear that Derek; perhaps you might get a Vodka tasting instead?

Looks like we're all set for Thursday. Food order is complete - could someone make a quick check? All the bottles have been standing at the B&F, and a few have kindly volunteered to help decanting and pouring on the day.

Thanks Julian. Simon is not planning to eat. What could possibly go wrong...

Phil - are you up to taking home your two bottles of F63 on Thursday?
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

Hello, can I please highjack DRT's place? Have just adopted a Sandeman 66 from Tom who kindly offered to bring the bt double decanted with him. Would like a cheesy welsh rabbit for starters and a medium rare Sirloin steak.

Please let me know

regards

Mike
I dashed out without saying thank you for organising what was a wonderful tasting last night. Undoubtably one of the best I have been to. Wines and organisation were exceptional.
