Also, my personal taste is to make the overtitle (Imperial, Magnum, Single) a little darker - I find that mid-grey hard to see.
Fixed: updated draft of the placemats.
Far clearer.

I was pondering if it made any sense to have a blind vertical tasting, where we know roughly many of the vintages. I think it is probably OK if the bottles are blinded to everyone. This would mean that on the evening we would need to wait for all bottles to be assembled, and the placemats would need to be adjusted to remove the alignment of bottles to initials, and some admin would be required on the evening to effect the blinding.

Is this what we want?

The whole thing should have been sighted — democracy, eh? Instead it is as it is, with partial knowledge.

And being a school night tasting some people and bottles will doubtless arrive late. It is as it is.

There are occasions when democracy can be rightly put to one side. Declaration of war, reaction to a national emergency, "act of God", and when a ridiculous result is arrived at in a Poll about a Port tasting.

JDAW is hereby encouraged to implement the Mugabe solution.

So you are the other person who voted correctly. ‘Sovereign Democracy’, eh?

Those who reveal can be revealed.

Any extra revelations?

I’ll make the decanter labels. Could somebody else print the bulk of the placemats?

I have decanted both of mine. One has been revealed, the other hasn't.

Do those who cast the wrong vote want it to be blinded?

I have suddenly felt rather ill! I have just noticed when checking the location that
It is South of the River! Is that a typo!
Are we sure this is wise?
