As follows please. Starter: Chicken liver parfait with toast. Main: Chargrilled sirloin steak (very rare) 220g with hand-cut chips and grilled tomato. Savoury: very cheesy Welsh Rarebit.

Domhnaill at the B&F now has the complete order for the seven attendees tonight. All is well. Alex, I wasn't sure if Nick also wanted very cheesy Welsh Rarebit as a savoury course, so I have not ordered that for him - we can advise the kitchen this evening if indeed it is required.
