Tue 06 Dec 2016 - Gow's by the Glass

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

After a frustrating day at work, I was persuaded by a fellow port lover to drop by his office on the way home. Against my will he forced me to accompany him to Gow's, a branch of Ball's Brothers close to Liverpool Street station. We worked our way through the very depleted ports available by the glass, previous drinkers having already cleared the bar of vintage ports.

When I read the title of this thead I wondered how many glasses you must have had to cause such a drastic corruption of your pronunciation
