This was the perfect way to end my 2014 Port-drinking season - great company, fabulous Ports, a BBQ, a late night fire with cigars and a fine Malt Whisky. In hindsight, the last of those might have been a mistake.

The Graham 1970 was the WOTN by quite a stretch. Thank you to Christopher for his generous contribution of a Croft 1945 and some fabulous steaks.

I will leave it to someone more diligent to post the relevant links and TNs.

Indeed an excellent evening — thank you all, especially Christopher (Cr45 and the steaks) and Derek (2×1970 including WOTN).

And my thanks also to CMAG for his generosity in hosting us, including top quality heritage potatoes (and I'm serious - they were delicious) and wonderful creamy butter to go with the Croft 1945, steaks and shrimps.

Oops: I forgot about that. Oops. It was had with the smokes, so “taste it” — hmm, not so much.

Won’t make a TN thread, as none of us will contribute to it.

I forgot about the DC91, and the potatoes, and the shrimps. I think my earlier words were accurate...
