English sparkling wine. Straw yellow, very pale with tiny bubbles. Warm nose of sweetened grapefruit. Harsh and very acidic entry, but delicious and mouthfilling mid-palate. Good finish. 88/100.
Drunk at the 2016 Doty Cup.
