Cape Vintage from Boplaas but bottled and labelled as a BoB for Richard Kelly aka ""Rick, The Caped Crusader"" as one of the wines he markets in the UK.
Light ruby red colour, 50% opaque. A gentle nose of slightly sour bramble, but not really a distinct nose. Soft flavours on entry, delicate and with a big dose of acidity to give a palate that is light and elegant and tasty. Soft raspberries linger on the aftertaste and deliver a long, slightly bitter finish. This is a pleasant Cape Vintage wine. 89/100. Drunk 11-Oct-17.
