Port and music

Post by djewesbury »

While listening to a profile of the late, great Joe Strummer on Radio 6 earlier today, I discovered that he would take a couple of glasses of tawny to warm up his vocal chords before a gig. Anyone know of other musicians with a fondness for port?

My best renditions of Sunshine on Leith have always been preceded by a glass or two of Port.

You meant preceded. Correct it quickly before the Head sees and I'll delete this comment

Now you've quoted me I appear to be unable to delete my comment. I'll let you do the necessary and delete these three posts.
