Is it just me or do others find the welter of glossy, full colour pamphlets, flyers, news sheets and so on, mailed out at regular intervals by the Wine Society slightly overwhelming? For all this information, they don't have a single print catalogue that contains their full current range; this is only available online.
Why not rationalise and sell us the juice at a lower price?

Apologies for being contrary, but I really like it. A society newsletter, some random nonsense about an argentinian malbec, what could be better? Beats all the other junk mail. I could heat my house on all the clothes catalogues Em gets.
The point about the wine list I do get. Irksome that they can't even give you a point in time look at their total range.

I don't mind wine porn. Just better designed, slightly rationalised wine porn, in just one or two flyers, a little less frequently.. A nice magazine format for instance.LGTrotter wrote:Apologies for being contrary, but I really like it. A society newsletter, some random nonsense about an argentinian malbec, what could be better? Their Pol Roger offer is a bit of a let down. Might as well by my white foil elsewhere. twenty seven pounds fifty. Tchah!
