The Permissions tab on the A.C.P. returns the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_WHILE, expecting ')' in /home/sites/theportforum.com/public_html/includes/acp/acp_permissions.php on line 1252

Not that I have ever used it, I just found it when browsing around the Admin stuff to see if things were working.
