Steak night, and I'd forgotten to decant something, so with <1hr I plumped for a Churchill '85 as this had sometimes been great immediately after decant previously. It worked.
Still fairly dark in colour, classic Churchill flavours of plums and vanilla, smooth with just a hint of tannins remaining, lovely deep flavour.
