Turks Head. St.Helens.

Apparently there are other alcoholic drinks.

For the last two days I've popped into one of my locals. Turns out it has been named in the final four (Out of 60,000) for the CAMRA Pub of the year.

It has 6 real ales on every day, and always changes one of them every couple of days. The results are out on Friday. Fingers crossed.

I saw the finalists in the last CAMRA newspaper, and then forgot to tell you that a St Helens boozer was one of them. Sorry.

Where's the clamour to come and visit the Vegas of the North West (Thats Johnny, of course), and get the coach up to visit Sunny St.Helens and get drunk on real ale?

Am I on a Forum of mice???
