NV Graham Six Grapes Old Vines

Post by AHB » 22:16 Tue 03 Jan 2017

Bottled 2015. Deep maroon in colour with an opaque centre and a medium rim. Fresh on the nose, lively and spicy. Sweet and gently focused fruit on the palate, smooth and balanced. There is a lovely elegance to the warm bramble fruit, delicious with hints of cinnamon spice. Gentle bramble and cedar wood finish, lingering and gentle. This is delicious, elegant and full of light, sweet fruit. 89/100. Drunk 15-Nov-16. Decanted 3 hours.
Top Port in 2017 (so far): Taylor 2010 LBV
2016 Port of the year: Cockburn 1908
