2000 Quinta do Noval LBV (unfiltered)

Another holiday in Switzerland and another bottle of Novals unfiltered LBV withdrawn from my abroad cellar.

Deep red colour with a lot less violett than I had last year. Very nice fruity nose with plum and rasberry, strong alcoholic note. The mouth is very complex, fruity with lots of tannin to last.
A good fruity and tannic aftertaste.

Leave this for another 3 years.

Yes, probably a second level coincidence but not something to start a religion over.
Port is basically a red drink
