Re: Porto Reserva 1963
@ Seton - greetings. Please could you transcribe all of the information on the bottle (e.g. Cockburn Vintage 1963 bottled 1965 by Ellis Son and Vidler) and also describe the level of the wine (e.g. base of neck), and tell us how the bottle has been kept (e.g. on its side in a natural damp cool cellar).

Wine has been kept boxed away in a cupboard.
Hopefully all the pictures show what you need but let me
Know if there’s anymore info required

Modern label ‘Vallegre’ — name introduced late-1990s.
Does it say “colheita 1963” (low-resolution photo)? But that wouldn’t match the T-stopper.

The box doesn't match the bottle. It's just a random box, I'd venture, as this is clearly a non-commercial wine (no selo, for one).
As for the T-stopper, this was probably bottled fairly recently (as in the last 30 years).

The seal over the t-stopper also looks to have been broken, I'm afraid, so I think that will be fatal to its value. I'd suggest drinking it.

"Vinho do Produtor" is a producer's wine. My guess would be made for private use and non-commercial as MigSU said.
I agree that the broken seal is fatal to value. I'd be happy to taste this at a tasting somewhere, but wouldn't be interested in purchasing.
Santa Marta de Penaguião isn't familiar to me, but Google says it's a small town north of Regua on the N2. I can't read whatever's printed above that name, so can't tell if this is some sort of regional producer or just an indication of where the producer is from.
