1963 Taylor

Purchased in July 2023 from Cheffins. Decanted 0800 ahead of consumption tonight.

Peatling and Cawdron bottling.

Cork broke on extraction.

Initial taste, slightly muted, light cherries.

D+12hrs.

Primary fruit remains. Cherries and blueberries. Very long finish.
