1941 Kopke Colheita

Post by Axel P » 17:06 Mon 21 Apr 2008

As a German I always like to drink Kopke because of its german roots. The Colheita 41 showes a shining orange colour with brown hints and a very concentrated structure. The bouquet seems to be rather light, alcoholic with a nutty-almond taste. The mouth is dominated by alcohol with much acidity, whereas the nutty flavours are in the background. Fairly dry. 17-18
