On Tuesday 14th May 2024, as arranged by
Martin C. , at the
Boot & Flogger , some of the obvious suspects tasted a vertical of

1960 opened and decanted at 0720. Smells divine. Decanted nice and clean with heavy sediment mainly left in the bottle.
Bottled autumn 1962 by J G Thomson & Co Ltd of The Vaults, Leith.

Still very much discernible as vintage port. Rich red fruit on the nose and palate and full of life. 2 points from me and a deserved third place on the night.
