though some spirit in the nose, it wasn't immediate in the mouth... then all of a sudden POW! right at the bridge of my nose. Like wasabi, but further north. This was a bit thin and more heavily madeirized compared with the others (i seem to have written cream sherry on this one too). Again caramel, but not really that presence of orange.

very light color, mostly like a caramel color. In the bottle (or sufficient quantity) it showed the same pink tinge as the other royals.

72 hours later.

a light baked apple, but a spirity lemon grappa like nose.

Spirity in the palate, granny apples, thin and sweet.

short 15 second finish that dies into some burnt brown sugar and lemon citron.
