2005 Vesuvio Vintage Port

Tasted during a introductionary lesson to Port in Switzerland.

Very dark colour and strong structure. Full Bouquet with a good complexity and mainly cassis and raspberry. Outstanding palate with everything it needs to have at this stage: alcohol, tons of fruit, strong tannins and a good acidity. Long intense aftertaste. One for the ages. 19
