1975 Warres VP

Post by g-man »

Now opened for a good 5 hours.

A cinnamin raisin nose.

a slightly hot burnt sugar, graham crackers with a hint of red berries body that finishes a tad on the tussin side with a burn that sticks in the throat.

I can see this drinking well after the right meal, but definitely not on it's own.

83.

Looked like a 1975 that is, faint translucent brown, the red having died long ago. Nose and mouth were of sweet light honey: simple, and no fruit at all. Pleasant enough, and perhaps even port, though should have been drunk two decades ago.

Blind as in my not knowing what is in the glass. Or blind as in darkened glasses? The latter makes sense.

Or poke in both eyes with a ah so cork extractor, I know which I prefer.
Port is basically a red drink
