Tasted as part of DRT's Review of 2007 Cask Samples

Each of the paragraphs below are separate notes taken completely blind over a period of a few days:

Fruity nose. Nice thick and smooth entry. Fabulous balance of fruit and tannin with a huge mouthwatering finish.

Violets on the nose. Very thick and smooth entry. Blackcurrant jam with good acidity and a shudderingly dry tannic finish. A brute!

Huge fruity nose. Massive thick entry with raw fruits, big acidity and enormous tannins. A huge wine.
