started decant at 8:15am, poured back in bottle at 6:15pm.

My wine of the night; at +10 it had a mellow nose that retained some fruit. It was mature with a hint of eucalyptus at the back of the nose. To taste it was very soft nice dark fruit, perhaps prune. Jeff ID'd black pepper, and Mike added it was a candy-like taste. It's tail was a bit hot, and the taste I brought home with me only was hotter at +34.
