Popped and poured into a decanter for sediment

looks liek a 10 yr old tawny with touch of brown around the rim. Perfectly clear.

sweet honeyed strawberries with a touch of curry spice on the nose.
Saccharin maple syrup with some tussin candied cherry.
Very smooth and mature.
Coats the mouth nicely.

The finishing thins out and leaves a touch of sweetness.

Mature and ready, drink up now.

89 pts.

Ferreira 1975
Color: Yellowy, w a red rosie center. Good clarity
Nose: Spirity, fruits, and synthetic raspberry like one might find in a sucking candy.
Mouth: Burns, but quite thick and unctuous, no grip at all. Syrupy, with lingering spirits. All that said, surprisingly enjoyable, given what we've heard of 75.
