Liquorice nose - a bit raw and disjointed with a hint of VA and heat in the finish.

Mid red colour, showing little maturity; 70% opaque. VA on the nose, dominating over the fruit that tries to escape. Medium bodied, quite tannic in the mouth but with good levels of quite young fruit. Dry and cedar wood finish of very good length. Perhaps one to try again in 5 years? Guessed to be Croft 1985. 84/100.
