NV Ferreira White

Post by jdaw1 » 21:58 Wed 16 Mar 2011

NV Ferreira White: yellow-apricot, not much more than 10 to 15% opaque. Much bigger sensations than the Cruz White. Softer early-palate (actually, EP is OK), then there is the same rough acidity as the Cruz, but bigger. Longer, bigger, and that biggerness filled with pineapple acid.

Later the acidity still too strong. The Cruz White is better.
