Quinta do Passadouro 2005 LBV
Some fruit on the nose but, overall a very soft sensation with a slight amount of rancio. Fine, but slightly unexciting.

Re: 2005 Quinta do Passadouro LBV
Traditional, bottled 2009. Closed nose; some mint and herbiness. Nice texture on impact; good ripe blackcurrant dominates before the grippy tannins fur the teeth. Lovely fruit aftertaste and violet cream finish. Delicious, but would reward some time. 86/100.
