Tasting at Graham's lodge on May 11th, 2011

Restrained

Slightly muted black licorice nose.

Sweet candied cherries with a strong tannic black bone and finishes of a kirsch liquor and plum jam.

Feels like it's got all the stuffing, but starting to shut down.
