Tasting at Graham's lodge on May 11th, 2011

Absolutely fantastic

honeyed nose with some freshly crushed graham crackers backed with a touch of dried raisins.

This is a med bodied wine that builds in your palate and fills it strong with notes of currants, raisins and milk chocolate.

Finishing with silky rich chocolate.
