1963 Quinta do Noval Nacional

This wine was a deep ruby with a slight bit of bricking on the rim. There was a very pungent nose of floral notes, plums and cherries. There was slight bricking on the rim and on the palate there were loads of fruit that seemed fresh picked! This wine was outstanding. It is vibrant and alive and I would not of guessed it to be almost four decades old. 99 points.
