Dark ruby core but showing signs of gradient ambering as you go closer to the edge.
a pretty nose of red berries, freshly crushed juniper berries and a hint of lavender backed with that spirity milk chocolate nose you find in some ports.
A medium to full bodied albeit heated and sweet entry of licorice, black pepper and no discernable fruits that turns dry and a little spirity on the finish.
I can see this turning into something like an offley @ the 40 year mark.
pleasant, but certainly not something to bring home to the mother.
