Re: Rozès Reserve
Rozès reserve Porto. A fantastic bottle, a subject of general admiration.

Cloudy red-purple. This should have been decanted next time I’ll know. Nose has a hint of fruit with plenty of young red fruit. To taste heat, good weight, red fruit, reasonable length. Nice sweetness. By no means great, but functional port on a budget. DRT: ‟real port”.

Re: Rozès Reserve
From Franprix. Slightly cloudy, deep red and opaque at the centre. Attractive nose, very youthful and full of blackcurrant. Neutral entry, but balanced on the mid-palate with soft red fruit, gentle tannin and pleasant acidity. Sweet fruit on the aftertaste, then a long artificial strawberry finish. This is a very lightweight port, but is perfectly drinkable. 78/100.
