G48: dark red, 50% opaque. Nosing of varnish. I didn’t taste as others said that it was horrible and bacterial. JDAW.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

Good colour, but extraordinarily unpleasant on the nose. Perhaps some sort of bacterial contamination? Repulsive, not tasted and not rated. NR. 12-Jun-12. Decanted 3 hours.
