High-toned nose but not as astringent as the 79. Pleasant yet innocuous palate.

Deep red, firm rim; 70% opaque. Lovely cherry and red grape on the nose. Balanced and lovely on the palate, full of rich ripe red cherries. Delightful balanced cherries on the finish and aftertaste. Delicious and lovely. 89/100
