OBV83. Dark red, 90% opaque. Nose muted. Palate had dark fruits, at least early, and then a refreshing acidity. Widely liked, and rightly so.

A lovely deep colour, red, 80% perhaps. A soft nose, without much structure. This was very acid - a real 'nyang' to it. I changed my glass, but found it still very sharp (in a pleasant way), but much richer and with red fruits. This wasn't bad stuff.

Deep red and youthful looking, opaque. Pine resin dominates the nose. Subdued on entry, deep and tight. Rich and youthful fruit slowly unwinds on the palate to give great depth of flavour. Big and chewy finish, with lots of fruit and lots of pine wood with the palate still constrained by dry and forceful tannins. Really rather an impressive port that is in need of much more time in the cellar. 92/100.
