W66, from JDAW, who bought as a result of the August 2013 thread started by acotto. Lovely red, 40% opaque. Nose had tar, leather, and spicy nachos. taste had spicy heat, lovely red cherry fruit, and wonderful rich texture. Using the new scoring stars, 5/5. Late I noted less fruit, and after that, it was all back. Then, mysteriously, my glass and the bottle were completely empty.
