Very possibly so. I remember an auction catalogue of a collection of 19th century wines described as Crimean port which I saw about 25 years ago when I first became besotted with/by port. As I recall, the wines were produced for the Tsar's cellars, but had passed into other ownership over time.

What a nice way of describing the orderly transfer of the Tsar's property in October 1917.

I am supposed to ask a question. Since I won the last round unfairly I will ask a truly awful question so that someone else can quickly take over.
I thought of a really pathetic pleasantry earlier on, concerning a drink that would be appropriate to drink on Good Friday. It is not port; what is it?

Exactly. Look where it got him.

Lovely. But no.
I was drinking a glass of the drink in question the other day and looking at the label when it occurred to me. It's really very simple indeed.

The riddle is a rather tenuously constructed one. But mainly relies on Christian symbology.

So try some guesses. Christian symbology: off you go!

No. Not port.
Christian symbology would involve all those cyphers, names and marks used to denote Christ.

So we are searching for a bottle that has for example a picture of a fish on it. Perhaps we should ask Robert Langdon. :)

If they were still brewing it, then my guess would be Fischer:

You have responded to the clue in the intended fashion. Thank you. It is not a fish, but a very closely related symbol.
