15% opacity, yellow brown. Nose of Super Glue and then rotten egg. I couldn't describe the taste, not good at all. probably what super glue tastes like (just before you can no longer open your mouth :D )

Cn66. Red-orange, 40% opaque. Nose sour. Palate as well, long, but sweetness had disappeared into the sourness.

Pale brown colour with a slight red tone to the centre, 10% opaque. A touch of volatile acidity on the nose, distracting in a way but also acting as a nice counterpoint to a pleasant orange tone. Thick in texture with the VA tones showing on the early and mid-palate flavours. Later comes some harsh plastic tones but very little fruit. Burnt sugar and green sugar cane show on the finish. Surprisingly different from my previous experience of mature Constantino ports so I have put this down as being a poor bottle. NR. Decanted 6½ hours.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

Light and thin, mid-ochre with a tiny blush at the core. On the nose, woody and fresh with a little piquancy and sharpness like an aged colheita. I noticed chocolate and jellied fruit instantly, but my notes stop there.
