2007 Quinta do Tedo Savedra

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

From Tedo, drunk at Tedo; Savedra is a small parcel of land that produces fine port grapes. Delicious nose of lively fruit with good depth. Poised entry, great balance with lovely depth of fruit. Strong, dry tannins. Good flavours across the full and powerful palate. A lovely esteva on the aftertaste, then a long finish of good length. Lovely port. Enjoyed so much, a score was overlooked! NR. Drunk 24-Sep-14. Pop 'n' pour.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.
