1982 Ramos Pinto
Drunk at Quinta de Vale d'Agodinho with Oscar and Claudia Quevedo, Luis Sottomayor and Rob Coombes. Deep brown in colour, opaque. Unpleasant and dirty on the nose - a defect in the alcohol perhaps? Poor palate, dry and dirty like biting into wood. Milk chocolate and dry, lacking in fruit. Dry on the finish with some soft chocolate. Not offensive, but not attractive. Surely a flawed bottle? 80/100. Drunk 23-Sep-14. Decant N/K.

Re: 1982 Ramos Pinto
I think something extra made it into the final blend.
