NV Churchill Crusted 2004

Post by AW77 »

D+0h: quite a lot of deposit in the tea filter I always use, smells of raspberry, but even more of liquorice and smoke, the smell is very intensive and seductive D+3h: cherry red, now smells only mildly of liquorice, now there is more pepper, eucalyptus and in the background raspberry in the nose, medium body, quite dry, almost "half dry", in the mouth liquorice, pepper and eucalyptus, in the aftertaste there is pepper and some accidity, sufficient length (between 15 and 30 sec.). A good Crusted, but I'm not sure, if I would buy it again.
Drunk November 2014.
