1995 Croft Roeda

Available by the glass. Deep red and opaque. Gentle nose of coffee and stewed blackberries. On the palate there are some soft coffee tannins and more of the sweet bramble, but the palate tastes as though the port has been in the decanter for some time. Pleasant and lengthy aftertaste. Perfectly decent after-lunch port but not a representative bottle. 84/100.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.
