Post by jdaw1 »

Just three of us, CPR, THRA and JDAW, met in the Green Room of The Boot & Flogger for a tasting with the theme ‘Blind with a clue’.

SW77. Dark red, 75% opaque. Dark plum-like fruits, perfectly balanced. Fuller than mid-weight, but not a giant. An all-round fine Port.

The clue I gave was that it was my most recent purchase of Port, and from the forum. CPR recalled and mentioned the SW77, then guessed T85. Tom guessed F85, and I agree that it is less evolved and bigger than a typical ’77.
