Available by the glass at the Burgh Island Hotel. Apricot yellow in colour, 10% opaque. Lychees and raisins on the nose. Soft on the palate, sweet and full of lime marmalade. Lovely development on the palate with an enjoyable fragrance to the sweet tropical fruit. The aftertaste accentuates the sweet fruit and leads to a long aftertaste of dried mango. 31 May 2015. 86/100.
