Df85. Red-orange, 40% opaque. Some liked this. I thought “sour and acidic”.

Df85 Good fruits on the nose. A slight tawniness to it, possibly dry, but nice balanced heat on the finish. Very enjoyable and a good port from the 1st flight. 89 points

Pale in colour, rosy in tone; 20% opaque. Harsh on the nose, sour cranberry. Sweet fruit on entry with a delightful sweet fruit palate. A good structure with attractive acidity; nice flavours on the palate giving a lovely mid-weight wine. A delicious finish with a lovely cranberry dryness to the finish. Nice port. 89/100.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

25% opacity, orange red. Clean and smooth on the palate, strawberries. Quite fine.
