1970 Dalva
Red-ochre colour, 60% opaque. Nosing of stewed fruit and some VA, but very muted. The VA shows on the palate, detracting from the light weight body; there is still some sweet and stewed fruit that is balanced by a decent dose of acidity. Pleasant aftertaste. Overall this is a light wine that has little complexity to it. 84/100. Drunk 11-Nov-15. Decanted 5 hours.
