Cr70 an absolutely stunning port to celebrate the new year. A beautiful, rich, red colour that certainly looked younger than it's 45 years and very clear. Full of powerful fruits, and absolutely delicious. Lots of heat showing when I tried a bit when first decanted, but at D+8 the fire had softened to a lovely smoothness. Everything you would wish from a mature vintage port. I will be looking forward to having this port again in the future. Beautiful...
