Decanter priming sample. Pleasant, surprisingly weighty. Not rated.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

GC75 A very smooth, and nice drinking port that didn’t show much in comparison with the others. Perfectly pleasant but nothing of note to say about it other than smooth, with a touch of heat at the back of the throat on the finish. (I had a much nicer bottle on Boxing day that was beautiful - TN to follow)

25% opacity. Nose of tobacco and matches. Smooth entry, though dry and acidic. Dried fruit.

GC75. Red-pink, 40% opaque. Lovely. Soft cherry start, mid weight. Acrid note mid palate.
