Cr75 The deepest ruby colour of all with a fantastic nose of balanced fruits. This was a very fine port and had great weight on the palate and through to a very long and satisying finish. A really lovey vintage port. This had shown well right from the opening earlier in the day, and exuded the class that is expected of a bottles souced from a royal (Lord Lichfield) cellar...which I hope didn't influence my notes. Either way it was deserving of WOTN for the 75 VPs.
92 Points.

30% opacity, mid weight, reasonable structure, mild heat and some dryness. Dried cherries.

Cr75. Dark-ish red, 50% opaque. Rich red-berried fruit, but lots of heat mid-palate.
